About the event
⭐ Disabilities & Neurodiversity Week: May 11th-17th
We’re honoring the differences—both visible and invisible—that make our community vibrant. Join us for a week of awareness, acceptance, and action!
Check out all the exciting events we have planned and save the date for our new Uniquely Me Community Fest happening on Sunday, May 17th! This is an event for our entire school community (that means you!) so please join us for this day of learning, playing, and celebrating together!
Students can dive into hands-on learning and meaningful moments all week long. To kick off the week, students will participate in a No Brain is the Same presentation on why empathy matters. Other highlights include a local author bookreading, We Want to Go to School: The Fight for Disability Rights with mother-daughter duo Janine Leffler and Maryanne Coco Leffler at the Scarborough Public Library.
